734 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Statistics: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that Stats NZ is reviewing its flexible working policies and guidelines to align to the new Flexible Working (Work from Home) Guidance released by the Public Service Commission in December 2024. All working from home agreements will be reviewed to ensure they do not compromise the performance or needs of the organisation to effectively deliver.
