733 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2024 and 2025 calendar years?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised the Ministry of Transport received three personal grievances during the 2024 and 2025 calendar years. Two have been settled. One has not reached a resolution. I am advised there were 14 personal grievances filed at NZTA in 2024. 10 have been resolved, and four are still open. There have been no personal grievances filed at NZTA in 2025.
