710 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the Public Service Commission (the Commission), as an employer, has commenced reviewing the Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance against existing policies and practice and is considering appropriate next steps. The Commission is also the agency that published the Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance, and shared it with Chief Executives and their Heads of Human Resources. The Commission has also surveyed agencies on their use of working from home, and the results of that survey will be released on the Commission’s website.
