688 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many Official Information Act requests, if any, received by Kāinga Ora in 2025 requested information to provide for proper access by each person to official information relating to that person?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that information requested by an individual which relates to them specifically, is in most cases considered under the Privacy Act 2020, rather than the Official Information Act 1982.
