685 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does Kāinga Ora have a workflow system that tracks the handling of Official Information Act requests and if so, what information is collected on each Official Information Act request?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it has a workflow system that tracks the handling of Official Information Act (OIA) requests. The information collected aligns with the expectations of the Public Service Commission (PSC) The PSC publishes OIA statistics covering Crown Entities and Government Departments’ performance and compliance every six months.
