With regard to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I refer the member to the Minister for Economic Growth’s answer to written parliamentary question 679 (2025). The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority, and The Electricity Authority are not responsible for preparing Regulatory Impact Statements.
