Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What changes, if any, is Kāinga Ora making to the way that it manages Official Information Act requests as a result of the restructuring of its Ministerial Services team and how, if at all, will such changes improve the quality of and response times to Official Information Act requests?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it will continue to respond to OIA requests received in line with its statutory requirements post changes to its Ministerial Services team.
