679 (2026). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Children: Further to her answer to written question 58675 (2025): did any other visit take place prior to this date, if so, on what date?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that no other visits to the Trust’s “Hub” have taken place in the context of any concerns relating to its use or its staff. I am further advised by Oranga Tamariki that two visits to the Trust’s “Hub” are confirmed to have taken place prior to 11 December 2025. One visit took place on 19 September 2025, and the date for the second visit cannot be confirmed. Oranga Tamariki advises that this information is not held centrally, and it is possible that other visits have occurred during the course of regular social work practice.
