Hon Nicola Willis: To implement Cabinet Office Circular CO (24) 7: Impact Analysis Requirements the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE) has undertaken actions such as: • briefing MBIE policy staff and managers on the changes; • updating internal intranet guidance pages on impact assessment; and • reviewing and updating processes for review panels for internal Regulatory Impact Analysis quality assurance. MBIE is also the process of updating internal staff training materials on Regulatory Impact Analysis for delivery in mid-2025, and developing further communications materials related to the end of the transitional period for implementing the Cabinet Office Circular.
