663 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Universities: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I refer the Member to the Minster of Education’s response to written parliamentary question 254 (2025). I am advised that the Tertiary Education Commission has not taken any action to implement the updated Flexible Working (Work from Home) Guidance. We have undertaken a review of our current Flexible Work Policy to see where there may or may not be alignment with the guidance for further discussion with our Executive Leadership Team.
