661 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Universities: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I refer the Member to the Minster of Education’s response to written parliamentary question 256 (2025). I am advised that Education related policy development is the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, therefore the Tertiary Education Commission has not actioned the implementation of the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement".
