651 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What opportunities is Kāinga Ora assessing for savings beyond those found in 2024/25 in Urban Development and how much is expected to be saved?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it is in the early stages of assessing future opportunities for savings beyond those already achieved. There are ongoing savings that will also stem from the embedding of transformation changes already made. The value of these is still to be validated and will be and incorporated in future budgets.
