Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How, if at all, do his officials monitor the delivery of social houses funded in Budgets 24 and 25 against the delivery contracts signed with providers and how often, if at all, does he receive advice on progress toward providers fulfilling their contractual obligations?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development monitors providers and provides an update on delivery progress for Ministers every week.
