Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law or the PCO do not provide services to the public and therefore have not made any actions in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision. However, Crown Law and PCO are aware of the circular and are ready to implement it where relevant to their work.
