638 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Hon Andrew Bayly: ACC advises me that no actions have been taken regarding the "Impact-Analysis Requirement" Circular. This is because this role is fulfilled by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), as my policy advisors, not ACC. As Minister for ACC, I am not responsible for MBIE. In respect of MBIE, I refer the Member to the Minister for Economic Growth’s answer to written parliamentary question 679 (2025).
