637 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How is Kāinga Ora’s tenancy management measure of disruptive behaviour incidents with a decision made in 15 days calculated and what were the statistics used to arrive at the result for the first quarter of 2025/26?
Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the results reported against this measure take into account disruptive behaviour incidents actioned by Kāinga Ora throughout the first quarter of 2025/26.
A period of 15 working days is calculated from the time that the incident is reported to Kāinga Ora, to the day that a review and decision should be made on that incident.
During the first quarter of 2025/26, Kāinga Ora made decisions on 2,403 reports of disruptive behaviour and 2,382 of those decisions were made within 15 working days, achieving a result of 99.1 percent.
