Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What correspondence, if any, has the Minister or his Office sent or received with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on the Cabinet Paper that looks at allowing more overseas investment for build-to-rent housing, by author, title and date?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: On 13 and 14 February 2024 respectively, my office received emails from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) regarding the potential need for briefing; and providing talking points. We received the following from MFAT: - Withheld - 9(2)(a),Tsy Cabinet Paper on encouraging investment in built to rent developments leaked - talking points, 14/02/2024. All other exchanges regarding this cabinet paper are legally privileged in their entirety.
