628 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How much, if anything, has Kāinga Ora spent in each of the past five financial years on all infrastructure projects in its Large Scale Projects (LSP) and how do those figures breakdown by LSP?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that information on infrastructure spend across the Large Scale Projects (LSP), broken down by financial year, is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the timeframe. Kāinga Ora also advises me that the total spend on infrastructure per LSP over the last five financial years (from FY2020/21 – FY2024/25) is: • Eastern Porirua - $138.7 million • Mangere - $147.6 million • Mount Roskill - $318.8 million • Northcote - $107.3 million • Oranga - $98.0 million • Tamaki - $142.1 million.
