Hon Louise Upston: As Minister of Tourism & Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. In respect of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I refer the Member to the Minister for Economic Growth answer to written parliamentary question 679 (2025). As a Crown Entity, the Circular does not apply to Tourism New Zealand.
