625 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2024 and 2025 calendar years?

Hon Andrew Bayly: ACC advises me it received seven personal grievances in 2024. Five were resolved and two are ongoing. Of the five resolved, three resulted in settlements and could be said to have been successful, and two were not. There is one case for 2025, which is ongoing.
