Hon Simeon Brown: I have received a range of advice on the risks to New Zealand’s electricity system ahead of Winter 2024. I have also seen reports that the Lake Onslow pumped hydro scheme could have had a chilling effect on the pipeline of renewable electricity generation in New Zealand.
