621 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: What "performance plans", if any, broken down by date issued and titled, has the Minister or their agencies or departments, if any, prepared?

Hon Andrew Bayly: The Service Agreement is signed by both the Minister for ACC and ACC on 1 July annually. This agreement sets out the services ACC will deliver and the expected performance standards.
