616 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 57396 (2025), why were some Hendon Ave, Mount Roskill properties sold as Urban Development and Design and others as other vacant land?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that all Hendon Avenue properties are the responsibility of the Kāinga Ora Urban Development and Delivery team and should not have been classified as other vacant land.
