613 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2024 and 2025 calendar years?

Hon Louise Upston: As Minister of Tourism & Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. In respect of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I refer the Member to the Minister for Economic Growth answer to written parliamentary question 666 (2025). With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism and Hospitality portfolio, I am advised that Tourism New Zealand have had one personal grievance case, which was responded to, and it was not pursued any further.
