597 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Hon Louise Upston: This circular sets out the requirements for Ministers and agencies developing government regulatory proposals. The Ministry of Disabled People has not developed any regulatory proposals since this circular was released in December 2024.
