596 (2024). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: Does the Minister intend to introduce legislation to implement the Holidays Act Taskforce’s recommendations? If not, why not?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am aware of the issues with the Holidays Act and that these have been a longstanding concern for employers and payroll providers. I am currently working with officials to understand the key issues in this area before I make any decisions on next steps for the Holidays Act review.
