Hon David Seymour: I am advised the Authorisation Board assesses applications on the evidence presented in the application itself. The Trust’s application included consultation findings, and the Board assessed those findings on their merits. The Board does not assess the specific methods used to gather consultation feedback unless they raise legal, ethical, or safety concerns.
