562 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I am advised that guidance relating to the following Cabinet Office Circulars: Impact Analysis and Needs-based Service Provision was provided to staff.
