558 (2026). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Associate Minister of Education: Further to his answer to written question 58867 (2025): was his office advised of this decision prior to the Bangerz Wellbeing and Education Trust receiving this letter, if so, on what date?

Hon David Seymour: The Trust received written notification from the Charter School Authorisation Board on 15 November 2024. My office subsequently received formal written confirmation on 21 February 2025 through the Rapid Response briefing.
