Hon David Seymour: "I can confirm in 2025, I received oral updates from the Chair of the Charter Schools Authorisation Board and the Charter School Agency about the progress of applications. I can confirm formal written confirmation about the Bangerz Education and Wellbeing Trust’s application was provided to my office on 21 February 2025 through the Rapid Response document dated 20 February 2025. "
