551 (2026). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Women: Further to her answer to written question 58899 (2025): was it a member of her office that advised her that Australia's mandatory pay gap reporting system had delivered “very minimal gain”, and if so, what is their job title?

Hon Nicola Grigg: A 2021 OECD report highlighted that reporting mechanisms on their own do not significantly close the gap, but rather wider pay transparency measures have the largest impact on the wage gap.
