Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I received the following document between 5 and 9 February 2024 from my officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC): • 09/02/2024 - Meeting with Public Service Leadership Team, 12 February 2024. I also received a document on 7 February 2024 and three documents on 9 February 2024. It is not in the public interest to release the title of these documents. I have received briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, during the requested timeframe however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents including draft documents from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
