533 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police has considered the Circular’s requirement against its current prioritisation of services taking into account its legal obligations, statutory functions and duties, and confirms current services are already prioritised based on need. In regard to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), the SFO has not taken any specific actions in relation to the Cabinet Office Circular ‘Needs-Based Service Provision’.
