522 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 57392 (2025), why were the floor areas for some projects not provided in the attachment?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that not all values were centrally recorded for all developments, including projects acquired new as homes and land from a builder or developer. It was therefore not feasible to manually extract these in the timeframe taken to reply to question 57392 (2025).
