514 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: Further to 45921 (2025), what, if any, policy or procedure exists at the Ministry of Education regarding non-disclosure agreements, listed by title, date of creation and date of last review?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that it does not have an organisational policy regarding non-disclosure agreements for staff. Staff are expected to act in accordance with the Ministry’s Code of Conduct, which sets expectations for confidentiality and the appropriate handling of official information as part of their employment obligations.
