Hon Louise Upston: The Chief Executive of the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) has cascaded these circulars and the Ministry is following the guidance. The Ministry Regulatory Impact Statements meet the latest guidance and are published on its website: www.msd.govt.nz/about-msd-and-our-work/publications-resources/regulatory-impact-statements/index.html.
