511 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) is currently working through its regular review of its Flexible Working Policy and Guidance, which was last reviewed in 2020. The principles of flexible working are contained in its collective employment agreements, and it will be seeking agreement to amend these to reflect the new expectations in its upcoming bargaining.
