493 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Revenue: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Simon Watts: I am advised that following the Government’s announcement in September 2024 regarding expectations for Public Service agencies on working from home arrangements, Inland Revenue reviewed its policy and it aligned with the expectations set out by the Minister for the Public Service. All leaders rechecked arrangements and ensured documentation was in place. I am further advised that since the Public Service Commission issued revised guidance on flexible working in December 2024, Inland Revenue is continuing to review all arrangements on a regular basis for consistency with the policy, and to reflect changing business needs.
