488 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: Further to 55522, why is there no data provided for the years 2020 and 2021?

Hon Louise Upston: My response to Written Parliamentary Question 55522 refers to the number of claimants who received both an individualised assessment and a rapid payment assessment, and subsequently accepted the rapid payment offer. Rapid payments were introduced by the Ministry’s Historic Claims in late 2022. Rapid payments were not available in 2020 and 2021, so no data has been provided for those years.
