474 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that the Te Puna Aonui business unit adheres to the corporate policies of the Ministry of Justice, which includes its policy on flexible working. Staff employed under the PSA’s collective agreement have provisions that support flexible working arrangements. I refer the Member to the answer to WPQ 401 (2025).
