469 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Police: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the Cabinet Office Circular referred to was issued on Monday 16 December 2024, and came into effect on 1 January 2025. Police has noted and will apply these new obligations and the revised requirements for agencies to meet when progressing any future government regulatory proposals.
