465 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Internal Affairs: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that it has not considered new proposals for services since the circular came into effect. With regard to its existing services, the Department will ensure the requirements of the Circular are taken into account as part of its regular review processes.
