459 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Finance: What is the projected cost of the On-Sold Canterbury Properties programme from the present time until completion?

Hon David Seymour: I have been advised that the total estimated cost of the On-Sold programme was $640 million as at 30 June 2023. This includes the costs to resolve applications i.e. undertake repairs and the cost of the On-Sold team which manages the applications.
