457 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Finance: How many outstanding legal cases are there against Toka Tū Ake EQC in respect of the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Earthquake Commission that as at close of business Monday 12 February 2024, there were 13 open claims from the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence in litigation. This total includes two applications to sue as a representative of others (class actions).
