445 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Given his answer to question 176 (2024) what documents, if any, were received in respect of the investigations carried out into the leak of the cabinet paper, by name and date?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I have received one document in relation to the investigation. The document’s name is Draft Summary Report of review of the handling of a draft Cabinet paper – legislative bid for the Treaty Principles Bill. The document is dated 31 January 2024.
