426 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Māori Development: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised Te Puni Kōkiri has reviewed its flexible working policies against the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance. Draft changes to the Flexible Working Arrangements Policy have been made to ensure alignment, however, these have not yet been approved by the appropriate Governance Committee.
