418 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Health: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that Pharmac uses robust, evidence-based data to inform its decision-making. Pharmac have made very minor changes to its existing templates for Board and Senior Leadership Team papers. These changes amended a section to reflect impact on health outcomes for populations with the highest needs.
