414 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Chris Penk: Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) is refreshing its Flexible Working Arrangements Policy to align with the Flexible Working (Work from Home) Guidance issued by the Public Service Commission. The refreshed policy will be consulted on with all staff and the Union (PSA) as per LINZ normal practice in February 2025, with the new policy aiming to be implemented in March 2025.
