413 (2024). Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: What Cabinet papers, if any, did the Prime Minister take to Cabinet during the week of 29 January 2024 by, title and date?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, the following paper was taken to a Cabinet Committee between 29 January – 2 February 2024: Tracking the Government’s 100 Day-Plan as at 26 January 2024 – presented to the Cabinet 100-Day Plan Committee meeting at its meeting on 31 January 2024. In addition, jointly with the Minister for the Public Service, Hon Nicola Willis, I took the following paper to the Cabinet meeting on 30 January 2024. Extending Deputy Public Service Commissioner Arrangements. The Minister and I also presented another paper to the Cabinet meeting on 30 January 2024; however, I am not releasing the title of this paper as the matters are under active consideration.
