412 (2026). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Corrections: Of the 619 allegations of sexual assualt made against corrections officers, how many were upheld, how many were dismissed (or what other outcomes exist for the complaints)?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I refer the member to the attached tables, which provide the breakdown of allegations of sexual assaults by staff on prisoners in men’s prisons, for the financial years 2020/21 to 2024/25, and the outcomes of the allegations in the 2024/25 year.
